The project

Jesse was in need of a strong online presence to showcase his work and reach to a broader audience. The project's primary goal was to create a custom Squarespace website that would serve as a portfolio site for the photography and film industry. The site needed to feature Jesse's diverse range of work while maintaining a consistent aesthetic and brand identity.

The Squarespace website design process

I began my collaboration with Jesse through a detailed discussion to understand his vision, style, and his industry's specific needs. Based on this understanding, I created a custom Squarespace website with custom-coded elements and animations to make his work stand out. Additionally, I developed a cohesive web branding, including a color palette and font system, to ensure consistency across his site. I also created an "About" page to share Jesse's story and artistic approach, and a "Store" page where visitors could purchase prints of his photography work.

Upon project completion, I provided Jesse with a video tutorial and a comprehensive guide. These resources were designed to equip Jesse with the knowledge and tools to independently manage and update his website.

The finished design is a visually stunning, user-friendly Squarespace website that effectively showcases Jesse's talent in photography and filmmaking. The site features a clean, modern design with custom animations that highlight Jesse's work.
